Do YOU NEED A RE WIRE & WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
A re-wire is normally due when your current electrical system has became dated and classed as un-safe. This will be checked during an EICR report carried out by a qualified electrical engineer.
A re-wire consists of replacing all of the cabling in your home such as sockets, lights, heaters, extract fans, switches, boiler etc. You will also have a new consumer unit installed at the source of your install to provide the highest possible safety for your system.
This also benefits the client as they can choose how many sockets, lights etc that they would like to have and also change any positions of things they might have previously disliked giving you a whole new electrical system designed to your preference.
